We believe a placement fee should reflect the success of the match, rather than the volume of résumés sent. Our structure is straightforward, and we're happy to walk through it in detail before any engagement begins.
A one-time placement fee, calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first-year compensation, is charged upon a successful hire. The exact percentage depends on the role and search complexity, and is agreed in advance.
Should a placement not work out within the guarantee period, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee, subject to the terms of the engagement letter. The goal is to make sure both sides are well served.
We do not charge candidates to be represented. There are no application fees, no placement fees, and no costs of any kind to the professionals we work with. Our fees are paid by the client upon a successful hire.
